Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.

During this time, our team prepares, checks, and packs your order carefully before shipment. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days, depending on your location, carrier handling, and local delivery conditions.

Delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, weather delays, or carrier-related delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

In some cases, tracking updates may take longer than expected, but this does not always mean the package is not moving.
