At Riffculture, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • With all original tags, seals, accessories, and packaging included

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, sprayed, damaged, or altered unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used fragrance products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products damaged by the customer

  • Sale items or final sale items, if marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned without prior approval from our support team

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at Support@riffculture.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the item

  • A photo of the packaging

  • A short description of the issue

Once we review your request, we will provide the next steps.

How to Start a Return

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need assistance with an exchange, please contact us at Support@riffculture.com.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
